Administrative Assistant – Durban

We are seeking a professional and reliable individual to join us in a remote capacity. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with adjustable hours and a diverse range of responsibilities. You’ll handle a mixture of administrative tasks, creative projects, and client communication, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience. Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and keep track of tasks.
  • Good client/sales communication etiquette.

Skills Required

  • Technically proficient using mobile and computer applications in general.
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT.
  • Good with Google Docs, Sheets and Drive.
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Social media user familiar with or regularly uses popular platforms. (Regular user for at least one platform.)
  • Comfortable using Firefox and Chrome.
  • Familiar with WordPress (optional)
  • Familiar with Canva (optional)

Requirements

  • Own laptop/computer and mobile phone.
  • Own reliable internet connection.
  • In-Person meeting once a month.
  • Resides in the Durban area
  • Past experience dealing with clients/customers (advantageous)

Perks and Remuneration

  • 6 months fixed term contract.
  • 6 hours a day or 30 hours per week flexible time.
  • Remote/Work from home.
  • R3500 – R4000 per month.
  • Commission available.
  • Training provided.
