Administrative Assistant – Durban
We are seeking a professional and reliable individual to join us in a remote capacity. Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and keep track of tasks.
- Good client/sales communication etiquette.
Skills Required
- Technically proficient using mobile and computer applications in general.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT.
- Good with Google Docs, Sheets and Drive.
- Excellent typing skills
- Social media user familiar with or regularly uses popular platforms. (Regular user for at least one platform.)
- Comfortable using Firefox and Chrome.
- Familiar with WordPress (optional)
- Familiar with Canva (optional)
Requirements
- Own laptop/computer and mobile phone.
- Own reliable internet connection.
- In-Person meeting once a month.
- Resides in the Durban area
- Past experience dealing with clients/customers (advantageous)
Perks and Remuneration
- 6 months fixed term contract.
- 6 hours a day or 30 hours per week flexible time.
- Remote/Work from home.
- R3500 – R4000 per month.
- Commission available.
- Training provided.
